2LoveOrphans.com is an organization that longs to be a part of helping defend, rescue and deliver orphans from their distress. God promises to set the lonely in families and 2LoveOrphans.com wants to be a part of His plans for the orphan and encourage others to do the same!

Psalm 82:3-4 “Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”

One evening at a fundraiser for orphan care, Jennifer and Tracy both realized that they could not stop at adoption. The need was too great and the call was too strong. They were not going to be able to adopt over a million orphans into their very own homes. They could not financially afford to see every orphan placed in a forever family. What more were they going to do to help orphans?!?!?!? God gave them a dream. They knew they were two women who were to love orphans so they started this organization…2LoveOrphans. Together with their family and friends, they hope to be a voice for the voiceless and they hope to encourage others to step up and so the same.

Tracy has had a heart for orphans for almost as long as she can remember. The thought of anyone ever feeling unloved, abandoned or lonely is what drives her to do what she can for orphans, widows and strangers. She is married to the funniest, smartest, absolute best guy in the world, John Jones. Together, John and Tracy are enjoying building their family and raising their children, Jack (13), Pruitt (11), Liza Jane (9), and Mary Margaret (5). Tracy devotes most of her time to the children and the many activities in which they participate including volunteering at their precious school. When she does get a spare moment, she loves to go to the lake as a family and she loves to read fiction or anything and everything she can find on her passion: orphans. Tracy truly is crazy about her Savior and knows He is the source of this passion and she is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of His plan to care for the orphaned children in the world. She prays you will find a way to join Him to care for the orphaned as well!

Jennifer has always had a love for children. From a very early age, she babysat and loved to simply be with them. Since she can remember, Jennifer also dreamed of motherhood. Being a wife and mother are her most treasured callings in life and she feels these roles are the greatest blessings a woman can know. Jennifer has also had a heart and an interest in adoption for a very long time but it was not until she dedicated herself to having a personal relationship with Jesus that she realized what she was to do with this interest. Jennifer acknowledged and gave grattitude to God for her blessed life and she felt she was in turn to pass these blessings onto others. Initially, she was not sure what this would look like but eventually God put her and her husband, Russ, on the path to adoption. From there, God turned this interest into a passion! The Connelly Family is currently in the adoption process. They are adopting a little boy from Ethiopia and the adoption trail has only grown the seeds planted in their hearts for orphan care. The Connelly's passion is to help orphans and raise awareness on these precious children's behalf daily.

Russ and Jennifer have three biological children Brooke (daughter 13), Cole (son 9), and Caroline (daughter 6). They are all looking forward to welcoming their new son and brother into the family in 2010.
